AVIATION
FBO sector / USAF-ANG / RAF business development
Six years with a leading independent FBO (Fixed Base Operator) at Prestwick and Edinburgh Airports led to regular trips to the USA to develop inbound traffic from the US military. Strong relationships increased levels of business and frequency of visits by "heavies" to EGPK (Prestwick Airport) on their east- or west-bound Great Circle sorties. Communication still maintained with key units.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT
Business Centre renovation, marketing, development and management
The renovation of a 1901 villa at the edge of Prestwick Airport, in tandem with the largest independent commercial property adviser in the north of the UK, created a successful Business Centre and a new opportunity for the local area. Impressive and full of character, Westburn Business Centre was quickly occupied by tenants soon after it opened in 2010, a number of whom still have offices there. High tenancy volumes were common.

A secondary Business Centre was developed, marketed and populated at Coatbridge, a very different layout with individual units plus serviced office accommodation for a more industrial area.

International-level event management experience
From local, table top events to the shipping of booths to International Expos, we have the knowledge and experience to assist you in managing your presence at key business development events wherever they are taking place globally. Acting as part of your team, we can advise and introduce levels of assistance from PR and marketing / promotional work to assisting with the shipping of the booth, even arranging local businesses to assist your colleagues in the build and design. We have experience of event design and delivery to locations as far away as Las Vegas, Amsterdam, Dubai and Mumbai.

Technology has come a long way since the days of having to code your own website to the Nth pixel. Drag-and-Drop is the clever way to go and we have the experience to help you achieve a website in a relatively short space of time.
We can even manage the process for you if you don't have the time, and provide a relatively simple website with images and content supplied by you, or developed together. If you are looking for a larger, multi-page website we can put you in touch with designers who can build a whole platform from scratch. You just let us know, and we'll help you.
